Coastal Skin Center has partnered with CareCredit to provide financing for your skin treatment. You are able to apply for this service several ways:

On line at CareCredit's web site. When you arrive at the CareCredit application page, simply search for Dr. Nightingale by name or enter the Ellsworth zip code, 04605.

You can Download an Application that you can complete at home and then mail  or bring with you to Coastal Skin.

You can also apply Over the Phone by calling (800) 677-0718 between 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m., PST.
